What information do I need to request a quote?
At minimum, we need the manufacturer part number and quantity. For faster quotes, include manufacturer name, target price (if any), and required delivery date.
How quickly can I expect a quote?
For most requests, we provide quotes within 24 hours. Simple, common parts often get same-day quotes. Complex BOMs or hard-to-find parts may take longer.
Do you have minimum order quantities?
No, we don't enforce minimums. We handle orders from a single piece to production volumes. However, some suppliers may have MOQs which we'll communicate.
How do you verify component authenticity?
We vet all suppliers, require documentation (date codes, CoC), and perform visual inspection. For high-risk components, additional testing is available.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We have particular expertise with Brazil and Latin America, handling customs documentation and regulatory requirements.
